I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero!

I brought my MacBook in for service on the charging ports. They explained to me that the part would have to be replaced which required me to leave my laptop with them, they had my laptop for 4 days and called me to come pick it up letting me know that the repair and service had been completed. After taking it home the same issue persisted so I took my laptop to the Apple Clarendon in Arlington VA and they let me know and also showed me that the service techs at Tysons corner did not perform service and just left the same defective part in my laptop and told me it was ready to be picked up. I use my MacBook for work and to have wasted such time as well as gas driving to the Tyson’s corner store then having to go to a different Apple Store to have the service actually completed really pissed me off. TERRIBLE SERVICE! You need to do better!

This store is fine, as far as Apple Stores go. It’s busy on the weekends as is the rest of the mall. But the show room is large, and it was fine for my wife and son to upgrade their iPhones today.

I am writing this review in particular about the Vision Pro demo room. This is really not the best experience for customers. The staffer on duty, who I believe said his name was Nicolai, was not helpful and appeared to be too busy to help us. When I spoke to him, he was more interested in pawning us off on the genius bar than answering questions, even non technical questions, himself. I left the Vision Pro area without buying, and I would not recommend this store as a place to buy the VR product. I’m sure the product is fine, but Nicolai’s customer service is not up to Apple standards in my opinion.

went to exchange a phone case within warranty.
after 10 minutes of speaking to a specialist, i was told i need a genius bar appointment. waited for 25 mins, then it took another 20 mins for the tech to tell me there aren’t replacement cases in store. he has to order it and i will receive a call within 3-5 business days to return to collect it.
who created that procedure?

you are a literal trillion dollar company and you can’t offer an easy exchange process?

the staff were just doing their jobs but that’s very disappointing customer service.
