I ran into some graphical issues with my PC, and wasn’t able to fix it myself so I decided to take it here. They were attentive to what I had to say about the problems I was experiencing, and promised they’d do their best to find the cause. I also appreciated they didn’t require pay up front.

Seth was very helpful in explaining what he thought could be the issue. But after two days of testing they weren’t able to recreate the problem (I discovered it was my monitor, not my PC).

They were nice enough to clean it for free and only charge for a diagnostic fee, and told me to come back anytime if problems persisted.

Overall even though they didn’t fix my computer, they were very nice and did their best to help me.

I had my Windows based personal computers serviced at this store a few times in the past 5 years. The staffs there were always very professional and friendly. They provided the service plan in advance and consistently delivered on what they said they would do. They always updated me about the progress and delivered the outcome in the time they promised. I got high quality services from them every time I needed to service one of my computers. I have been extremely happy about the nice service they provided. I would be glad to go back to this store to repair my computers or iPhones again.

I have had multiple devices repaired by the team at the Ann Arbor location. Screen replacements on two notebook computers and most recently a screen replacement on my smart phone. All have gone exceeding well. Great communication and fast turn-around. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Apples and Oranges!
