Never come here. I gave this place my Lenovo laptop to be fixed years ago.. number 1 they worked on for many months and never took the time to fix it.. then They apparently got robbed. Many laptops were stolen. They received insurance money and never compensated me at all. Never called, never made an attempted to do anything. Thats illegal.. I’ve made many attempts to talk with Nick the Owner and by his actions he refuses to do anything about it. To this very day. I did not get a refund, my laptop back, or any compensation whatsoever. I’ve talked to the owner on several occasion.. he assured me that he take care of everything. Never once reached out to me.. Nick I will see you and talk to you again. Trust me…. You received insurance money for stolen things and failed to reach out to people about it. You stated that out of your own mouth. For a small business or any business it’s horrible to do something like this. Everything I’ve said are facts.. I have no reason or purpose to make this post and lie.. Nick will make every excuses and justification in the book… The owner could care less about his clients.

Under no circumstances should you go here. Two years ago I dropped off a laptop here. I paid for the repairs. As of today I still have not received my laptop and for the past year I have been requesting the owner to refund me for the incorrect parts he ordered. Not once in this past year have I ever been able to get into contact with the owner. Instead I have had to talk to an unrelated employee who I refuse to treat poorly.

The owner of this store does not care about his employees or his customers. Go literally anywhere else and you will have a better chance at getting your computer repaired.

Nick is incredible! He is super kind and incredibly hardworking. After getting in touch with him he met me near my home 30 minutes later and took my mac and got to work on it very quickly. He stayed up late some nights to send me updates and fix my computer. The price for his service is incredible and I feel silly for ever bringing my mac to an apple store before his. He took the time to show me the part that he replaced in my laptop and went over the details of my repairs with me. I fully recommend his services for any computer need that you have.
