So that’s what helped me decide that I was going to choose his services. When I called, Art picked up right away. He was very helpful and friendly. One thing that I really appreciated, was he gave me great advice and tips to troubleshoot my laptop screen not turning on. Turns out I just needed to restart my laptop. My computer being down is devastating and not understanding its problem & turning it over to someone else was scarey. But Art was wonderful. he sat down and spoke with me like an adult and explained the situation, how it works and what he would do.
