I bought motherboard for my HP Envy X360 Convertible. I was very careful in finding the motherboard as this is very specific when it comes to parts. I found Ascentech from ebay and ordered the parts. Shipping is fairly fast and received the item. Install into my laptop and works fine until now. Thank you, I saved a lot, instead of buying a new laptop. Absolutely do not buy from them on their website nor their eBay store. I made a purchase a week ago and they haven’t even dropped it off to the Post Office. And when I call I’m just on hold forever. Nobody answers. I sent an email and eBay message. They responded to my eBay message with some bullcrap response that they are looking into it. Then I’ve had no update.
