(PLEASE READ THIS ALL) “side note” (my car has been running amazing since i got it months ago and not once has broke down on me just keep that in mind while reading this) I came in thursday morning to drop my car off to get the four speakers replaced, and get my apple car play system installed. they called me to pick up my car and i paid and then as i was leaving in my car it turned off right as i was about to turn out, who i think was the owner came out and asked me if i needed help i said yes and he had a worker come help me push it back into a parking spot. me and the worker tried jumping it and it didn’t work, he was about to be off the clock so i told him it was okay and he could leave if he wanted, so he did. i called for help and my girlfriends dad came to help me we tested the battery wasn’t that we tested the alternator wasn’t that we tested the spark wasn’t that. as we were checking the fuses i had a good feeling it had to be something with wiring. we left it in their parking lot over night and the next morning we came in and asked about what they did, i was hoping he would show me how and where they wired everything but he didn’t, after giving a small explanation he then claimed they had nothing to do with it (he lied) i had to get it towed to a shop. when i got my car back they explained to me that the fuel pump relay wire had be knocked out of place, now before i go any further, keep in mind no one has been in my car for the past month except for me and I don’t even know where that wire is. so they definitely had something to do with it. whether or not they knew about it they didn’t try and help and gave a poor explanation of what they did. which caused me to have a very hard time diagnosing it at first. the one (kinda) good thing about this time i had here is the apple car play is awesome and the reverse camera is very useful, the speakers are okay kinda a little underwhelming considering the price point but they are better then what i had last. all in all in my experience the work ethic here is a little lazy (in my experience) i don’t know how it’ll go for whoever is reading this but i hope it helps you make your decision. have a good day. (response to owner) i understand driving an old car things can fail all the time but that’s the thing this car may be old but it’s pristine nothing has EVER failed on it no matter what that’s how i knew it was you guys and like i said if it was by mistake you guys denying it and still denying shows your lazy work ethic at the least you could’ve took it back in and looked over what you did again to try and fix it but no i had to go take it to a shop which by the way this probably the best shop in corvallis anytime i couldn’t fix something in any of my cars they could
and if you would like to call them it’s auto tech although they only charged me 75 dollars i still had to go outta my way and pay to fix your mistake and about the speakers it’s mainly upsetting because i was told on the phone it would be 500 which is how much i had on the gift card i received so i was like oh that’s perfect but when i came it to pay i was charged a extra 100 dollars

I wish I could give this place 6/5 stars. There’s not a lot of companies, let alone individuals, who value customers like Audiofiles. The whole team at Audiofiles are very responsive and provide great quality work in a very timely manner. I will choose Audiofiles over my hometown Car Toys every time.

I had an old 98 Ranger and now have an 04 Suburban. Both vehicles had horrible electrical problems. The 04 Suburban had a rat’s nest behind the head unit. This was no problem for Steve and Hoa – they still took my vehicles in, installed new head units (the Suburban with Apple Carplay) flawlessly at the BEST price you will ever see – even with the worst of electrical problems. I thump with my subs everyday thanks to these guys.

4th or 5th car I’ve tinted with them in the past +10yrs. Great work and best service. Not many shops in Oregon authorized to install official 3M products and will install sub quality materials. They are able to do some top notch audio installs too. I usually do my own installs but I had them do a sub and amp system in a car. My friends were amazing how great of a sound it was pushing at such low watts. Alot of time people forget that anyone can install but not anyone can tune the adjustments properly. That’s takes years of experience
