The gentlemen at Auxi Solutions have been wonderful! Jason, Ryan, and Will are the ones with whom I have dealt. They have been kind, professional, and on time. They are technically excellent. Jason was wonderful in a negotiation with me, in regards to the final price. Negotiation is not a normal practice for them, nor should it be, but he did go above and beyond to help me. I had a somewhat out of the ordinary scenario, living in a condo building. Their customer service is really special, and I will not go anywhere else for tech issues. I highly recommend them. Used Auxi Solutions to set up my small office network and peripherals. The office space was new so they coordinated with the building manager to inspect the space in advance to make sure everything went smoothly. On installation day, the tech showed up and buzzed through all the work stations quickly, having brought everything he needed (switches/ports, etc).
