this is moreso for the Screen Fix KC Side– unfortunately dropped my phone and the screen shattered with horizontal lines and dimming tone/changing colors. (Samsung S22 Ultra). I researched the reviews extensively online before choosing a repair shop and found ScreenFix, merged with B.E. Tek. set the appointment online and Albert got back to me within 24 hours to confirm appointment time as well as to discuss prices. the cost of parts and labor were very fair, and much cheaper than buying out my contract to get upgrade for an entirely new phone. I did experience a minor issue in which the screen didn’t get ordered when we originally discussed, but I thankfully have a backup phone so I wasn’t too inconvenienced, and it was just a matter of waiting for the next business day. Albert was very apologetic for that fact and thanked me for sticking with him. Upon arrival, he had my screen repaired in literally 45 minutes. Hopefully I don’t damage any other devices, but on the off chance I do, I know to visit Screen Fix KC.

I’ve been with BE Tek now for just over three years. They were recommended to me by a friend. This company for me has been a Godsend. Extremely knowledgeable and can help over the phone with easy stuff and repairs are quick and reasonable. I’ve purchased four computers from them two for myself and two for family members. No issues in the refurbished sector at all.
