Consistently put me off and the work he said he would have figured out by the end of the week, I picked up my equipment at end of week without knowing what the problem was or resolved. I ended up picking up my equipment and taking somewhere else that had time and knowledge, as well as the willingness to help figure out issue & resolve the issue. I felt as though my time & services needed were not important. I completely understand being busy, if that’s the case, don’t say you can do the work and then put me & work off.

We were so impressed with Baker Tech as they really listened to our needs. They were fast to get back to us and completely the job efficiently. As a non-profit they worked within our budget which was greatly appreciated. Also, with so many different people that use our system, they went above and beyond with creating instructions as well as answering the questions we had as we learned. Highly recommend them!

These guys donated their time and equipment spending a Friday evening and the entire day Saturday providing all of the technical services necessary to make the Music Boosters of Owatonna benefit concert a success. They did fantastic work! They are extremely generous in the community and extremely good at what they do. I can’t say enough good things about Nolan and the rest of the organization.
