I brought my phone to Roy at Banana Cellular Solutions earlier this week and want to echo everyone’s praises here.

Each time I’ve spoken to Roy, he’s thoroughly explained each step in the process of trying to revive my phone and has taken the time to answer all of my questions. He’s dedicated to helping customers and I’ve appreciated his willingness to try any steps possible to potentially retrieve the data on my phone. He’s also very fair and has stated that he won’t charge for a service (such as replacing the battery) if it doesn’t fix the phone.

I definitely recommend Banana Cellular Solutions (I’ve already mentioned it to a few friends this week) and it’ll be my go-to place if I need tech assistance in the future.

Avoid this place at all cost! Took my 13yr old daughter’s phone here 2 months ago, paid extra for there better screen replacement. Today Jan 3rd the screen popped out while just on the table. Phone was not dropped. I took the phone back today and they told me the phone seems to have over heated and cause the screen to pop out and warranty will not be covering it. If you look at the the top left and right corners of the phone they are a bit lighter in color, this is how he determined it was caused byover heating. What a joke. This place is not honest. Plenty of other places to go. Please I live around the corner from this place and will never go back. Please avoid, this place will not stand behind their work.

I shattered the screen on my Android phone. Not wanting to buy a whole new phone and not wanting to drive all over to find a new screen, I went to Banana Wireless. Roy ordered me a new screen and even replaced the power button because he found it wasn’t working well. I had a new screen installed within 48 hours on my breaking the screen. Roy is a consummate pro!
