When my elderly and horribly abused PC bit the dust, we went here and got a new one for a great price. The customer service was above and beyond, and the owner came across as a very kind and genuine person (I cannot stress this enough, he was really cool).
At first, the new PC had many issues, and although it was completely our fault, the owner was incredibly apologetic and allowed us to bring it in for free!
And, although it’s minor, the store itself was really welcoming and cozy (and I often feel very awkward in public spaces).
It’s been about a month now, and we haven’t had any issues with the PC whatsoever. Definitely will come back if we ever need more computer help!
Gary was very friendly, he diagnosed my problem as a faulty stick of ram leading to a corrupted Windows install. Replaced the ram and the SSD we had talked about. In just a few business hours. Had it on his counter running tests as I walked in. He had also gone over the rig pointed out a few places the rig could be improved. And had a speed score sheet, where he could tell me that my bottleneck was my CPU. Above average service. Extremely fast. 10/10 would recommend.
Great service and communication. My overheating issue was diagnosed within a couple of hours and the owner suggested a simple upgrade to really improve the performance of my pc. Everything was completed quickly, professionally and at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend if someone needs repairs or upgrades done.
