I purchased a computer, and waited for it to arrive. Then I took it in to have it set up. It seems like I could have been told more about the process of installation. And when I called service which I thought I’d call that location apparently it’s a number that goes to a call center and they wanted to charge me to help me resolve a problem on a brand new computer. So I hung up and I drove over to the local location. And they helped me resolve the problem with no charge. I made a couple of trips over to the store and finally got all my issues resolved. New computer and new software defaults that had been set that didn’t work for me

The worst experience I ever had in a dealership. I got yield for not buying after they gave me a quote. All the employees where just starring at the manager treating me like sh it . He said if I wasn’t buying I shouldn’t be there. I almost cried been a 45 year old man. I felt really bad. I ll find out who is the owner and report this issue. Don’t buy from this place. Maybe it just this manager

The staff and service at Best Buy is impeccable. They are always helpful in every way possible. Today Jesse helped me purchase all new TVs and fire sticks after I canceled my cable service with spectrum. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us purchase everything we needed.
