My husband and I had gone in to look at a new laptop, and although we didn’t find what we were looking for, he found a Kicker amp that he’s wanted for at least 10 years. It’s a $400+ amp new. This one was open box, but there wasn’t an updated price on it. We left empty handed, but returned the next day. We were hoping it would be $300 or less, as that was our budget. We couldn’t find an associate, and, not being very patient, and not wanting to be disappointed, he went to the car. I stayed, determined to at least find out the price. I wish I remembered the young lady who happened to be walking by from a different department, because not only did she stop and help me find the price, but helped me come in wayyyy under my budget. I proudly carried that amp out to my husband, and grined from ear to ear as I handed it to him and said, you’re welcome! I wish I could have captured the look of astonishment and disbelief that he was actually OWNED his dream amp. I certainly will never forget it. Thank you Best Buy, for helping me give my husband the gift of his dreams. It’s refreshing to find small store customer service in a big box store. We’ll definitely be back!
So I went to Best buy in Asheville My computer crashed from a lightning strike or something. Motherboard was bad. So I shopped for a new laptop about the same as the one I had. Which I had bought at the store 5 years ago.. salesman was great I think I got a good product I bought the service to have my information transferred from old computer hard drive to new computer. Picked up my computers went home and nothing transferred over. Tried calling the store cannot contact the store anymore spoke to a central office that’s out of the country.. could not understand any of the English that they were trying to speak. It was told too bad can’t help me.. so I paid $170 and got nothing for it.. bad operation no customer service. No service after the sale. I’m glad I don’t run my business like that… I do not recommend that you buy anything from this store or any Best buy stores they’ve totally lost my business forever… Yours truly
Went to Best Buy on Tunnel Road to have the mobile installers fix something on my husband’s Jeep ~ can’t say enough good about these two guys. Nice as can be, accommodating and obviously knew what they were doing. Great experience. My one star comes because of the General Manager, Aubrey. He ended up “trying” to help me find a fast charger and he was so condescending and arrogant. Actually suggested for me to buy a flat charger for our vehicle. Really? Obviously didn’t care about customer service. The guys in the back know more about customer service than he does.
