Previously went to this location two other times to get a screen protector and had to wait 20 to 25 minutes for anyone to help me at their little counter thing in the middle of the store. Then today I went in to replace my screen protector again, and waited 25+ minutes before anyone help me even though workers kept walking past or helping customers that were behind me. Then when I asked to get a screen protector, they had to place it on order because they didn’t have it, but basically I still walked out of the store with no screen protector and have to go back again for them to put it on my phone when it arrives, but I’m probably also going to have to wait almost half an hour for the screen protector to be placed on. P.s the lady who stop and asked me if I need help was very kind and I appreciate her walking from her spot to help.

Ordered an “open box” all in one computer tonight. Said there was 1 in stock in CR. I got the order confirmation email…then a while later stating it was unavailable. I called the Cedar Rapids location and spoke to an employee who stated it wasn’t in stock at the store and would be delivered to the store tomorrow. About an hour after that conversation, I got an email stating the order was canceled. I tried to chat with 2 people online (wasn’t in a location I could call) and got the “chat expired” and no email of the conversation log. Look back online and they are selling an “open box” the same as mine for almost $300 more than mine was supposed to be but I ordered one in “good” condition and this one was for “fair” condition. False advertising?! I have screenshots and emails to verify…

Best buy is back! They have almost everything I look for on Amazon and they match their prices. They also have free 2 day delivery. I am impressed.

I was looking at appliances and they didn’t harass me. There were plenty of employees helping people they just waited to be asked. I like that.

Best Buy has all the latest home Internet stuff. I just bought a Netgear modem and router. It was actually a better price than Amazon! And I got to hold it in my hand and pick the one I really wanted. Worth the drive.

I highly recommend going back and looking around a best buy. They have a lot of cool stuff to see. And good deals. Or go online and get 2 day shipping without paying 150 dollars a year for a membership. Food for thought.
