I called Best Buy a few minutes ago. My call was placed on hold in the repairs section. After everything I have read in reviews I expected to sit for hours with no one ever answering.
Well that didn’t happen! My call was answered in under two minutes by a very helpful individual. He took my name to start with so he was speaking using my first name. I asked if they replaced screens on Motorola phones. He said he was sorry but, they only replaced screens on I-Phones. I asked if he knew who handled Motorola repairs. Again, he was sorry but he didn’t know. He suggested I contact Motorola and ask them who to get in touch with.
This whole thing took less than four minutes and I was satisfied with my contacting them.

Josh was great! This is the third Best Buy we went to and we finally found someone who could answer our all of our questions. He was knowledgeable, patient, and when we had questions about a product he would walk us over to the product to see it while he was answering our questions. We read up on all of the laptop specs before hand and he knew everything off the top of his head and was able to explain it to us and describe how it would be applicable to us personally. He steered us in the right direction and we were able to make an informed decision that we felt good about.

Manager gave me a whole rant about how they price match and I should buy from them. So I took him up on the offer and turns out the ‘price was too low so the system wont let me match it’. I’m skeptical….

Sincerely doubt I’ll ever buy something from here again, especially now that the physical media was removed from their stores.

My buddy offered to try and get me something with his employee discount on various items… turns out amazon’s price is always lower even with their discount. The stuff here is insanely overpriced.
