Waited nearly 40 minutes to hear back that they can’t repair my device. I called ahead to make sure the repair was possible at Best Buy since I’ve experienced being turned away because “they are not Apple”, they said yes over the phone, I had asked from the moment I arrived if they had the part so I didn’t have to wait just to hear no. And he said I’m all good and to have a seat. Lots of people waiting, nowhere to sit. Finnaly was told to wait at one of their tables and say for another 15 minutes, until the manager told an associate to go help me, I explained what my concern was and he was gone for 5 minutes and came back to say they can’t do they repair. Ok? Gave no reasoning other than I should go to Apple.

And thank you Greg for helping us with the closing process with our phones. We will be back as we have been at this store. Thank you!

Bought a microwave and Best buy a week later cancelled my order. Then took about a month to refund my money after several phone calls and 4 visits in store to get my refund. Almost had to file a police report for stealing my money. Will never buy appliances from this store or chain again.
