I wish I could give a negative rating. As someone in the technology field, I frequently shop at Best Buy, but their customer service has significantly declined. None of their employees seem willing to help. I recently went to buy a TV for almost $3,500, and when I tried to understand the difference between two versions, all I got was “Oh, it’s the processor that’s different.” So, just for the processor, there’s a $700 difference? From now on, I’ll take my business to PC Richard & Son. Best Buy doesn’t deserve my business if they can’t provide good customer service. This happened second time with me at the same location.

Sad to see an electronic store look like a clearance store. Tons of TVs in the back of store boxed. Purchased a sound bar no employee around to help me find it. Went to cashier. Was pointed to 3 employees chit chatting.The testing soundbars were not working. Price on shelf tag expired 12/27. I didn’t see the small print. Manager adjusted the price because “it was only $10.” It’s been a over a week why wasn’t the signs updated. She had some attitude off the bat.
Won’t be surprised if this store closes soon. It looked like it.

Short staff all year long. That’s the excuse the always gives us. Do you know all the sales is walking out the door just by not having someone helping people in the floor.
I drove 25mins just for something you say online is in Inventory, when you go to the store you cant even find someone to ask.
