Best Buy has a lot of really great products, that are the newest, and seemingly, the top of the line. My biggest issue is the prices. While standing in line at the geek squad, for issues unrelated to Best Buy, I looked at several portable hard drives and storage devices. I compared 5-6 of them to prices on Amazon, and the price was approximately 25% cheaper on Amazon, on every single device I price checked. That makes me assume that most of the items, within the store, are more than likely overpriced. I was here about 3 years ago, and I encountered the same problem.
I would never want any business to go under , but I find it very difficult to believe that they do a lot of sales.
There are many potential customers within the store, but while standing in line, I didn’t see very many going through the checkout line. I’m guessing they are looking at the physical product, and perhaps purchasing on Amazon, or some other online retailer. I do recommend checking them out though. You may see something on sale, which is definitely a bonus. There were 4 or 5 displays throughout the store that had good deals, but most everything else was very expensive and overpriced, in my opinion.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have waited 8 hours for an appliance delivery. Truck allegedly broke down. No contact. I missed 2 doctors appointments and missed picking up my grandson. 4 Sales representatives said they couldn’t contact the truck driver. Lie. 5th representative DID contact the driver and allegedly it has broken down….allegedly. No call. No email. No text. Next available appointment for delivery is a week. Seriously???? Poor, poor customer service. Never again will I do business with Best Buy. Best Buy??? Worst Service should be the name. Pathetic.
The associate that I just dealt with was beyond rude. There was a customer that spoke to him in a rude way before me, and instead of dealing with that customer, he chose to speak to me in a rude way. I was trying to explain to him that an item was on sale according to the tag, and he wouldn’t even allow me to speak to a manager to get that issue resolved. He rolled his eyes and caught a huge attitude with me. It’s so sad that he decided to take his frustrations out on me. I am disgusted with this store’s employees.
