WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Recently purchased airpods pro 2nd gen in this store and tried to return it as the airpods were not pairing, so as a customer, I believe I received a defective item. 2 days after, went back to this store, trying to return the item and ask for a replacement. I spoke with an associate saying we can’t return the item because the airpods doesn’t have a serial number. Which doesnt make sense to me because WE GOT THE ITEM FROM THIS STORE, how is that we can’t return it from the same store and the item was just purchased 2 days ago. Spoke with the manager, Marcus, and said the same thing, saying the item doesnt have a serial number and suggested we should return the item online. Called customer service number, and as per the return policy of a store purchase, they can’t provide us a return label and we can’t return it online as it was a store purchase. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAD A HARD TIME RETURNING AN ITEM WITH THIS STORE, THEY DONT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER, DOESNT GIVE SUPPORT, VERY DISMISSIVE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Tried to return the airpods to Trumbull location instead, they checked the item and they know it doesnt have a serial number, and they were saying this has been a known issue and they apologized for having received this item, within 5 minutes they gave me a replacement item. DO NOT GO TO NORWALK LOCATION IF YOU DONT WANT ANY HASSLE IN CASE YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR ITEM.

Brought my daughter here for Sunday because she is begging for an electrical scooter but just to look. We met up with a young woman named Tea, at first things got off to the wrong foot , she forgot to introduce herself and she just started talking, I’m like girl you need to slow down and tell this man about yoself first. Turns out I made her laugh a bunch and we hit it off like we had a past . If you can make a pretty woman smile you can own the world and their life in it and this was a lesson I taught Tea and my daughter that day by showing class and charm. She showed my daughter a model scooter for $445, I respect her but I told my daughter hun this is not for you yet maybe in time and if you earn it. To pricey and to fast for you. In a couple years maybe to practice for her permit but not now with all the bills coming. Thanks tea for servicing me and it was nice making you smile but she will need to wait until her birthday and in 2 more years for the price to come down, great service with a smile as we say

Bought 2 open boxed items and 1 regularly and tried to return today and the girl named T with no name tag, said she is a supervisor and denied my return. I went home and called customer service and they said go back they have to do the return per policy.
She denied my return again. Took me an 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive there 2 times. The policy clearly shows 15 day return at any store. She told me I had to do it online. I drove 40 minures with traffic to trumbull location and the did my return in store with no hassle. I will not shop at this location again. Best buy needs to do something about this location. I have the entire interaction on video will send in to best buy and post on social media. Horrible service and no common sense. Educate your supervisors better and encourage them to wear a name tags on Sundays at this location.
