I came in on Labor Day weekend to look at some new appliances for my house I just bought. I walked in and the store was clearly busy and short on staff, Marcus one of the sales-associates was assisting other shoppers but noticed me and stepped away for a minute to help me find the appliances I was looking for on display and he told me he would be with me as soon as he was finished with his current customers. As soon as he was done he came and found me and started explaining the installation services and promotions they are running for Labor Day. He was extremely helpful and explained what he referred to as the “Best Deal” with the 15% back promotion by opening a Best Buy Credit Card. I was absolutely blown away by the customer-service I received and I will be back in a few weeks to use my Best Buy rewards towards a new iPad which I have been thinking about buying and this definitely made my decision easy. Good customer-service is extremely hard to find nowadays and I am glad to see that Best Buy has employees like Marcus who will really go the extra mile to help customers like me. I asked if there was anything I could do for him and he said write a review that I might get in my email, or on the google review page so that’s exactly what I am doing! Thank you Marcus, I am so happy to see there is great individuals like you in our city, I’ll be back to buy that iPad in a few weeks! I have a broken camera on the back of my phone, so I made an appointment with the geek squad here. I had to sit a bit to get seen which kind of sucked, but I get it. When I was helped, it took a while because the agent was newer, which I also didn’t mind because how else will people learn ? Agent Ruggles was great and helpful from start to finish! My repair was deemed unfixable after being phone-less for a day. Luckily I get a new phone though since I have AppleCare! The reason for 4 stars is because the greeting staff sits on their person phones and I was in the market for a washer and dryer and not a SINGLE person of the 10+ workers I passed looking lost asked if I needed help. Geek squad 5/5. Best Buy 3/5.

Hidden gem for sure. Underground parking is underrated for sure! The winter months here, every business needs underground parking. Not only underground parking, but a lot of underground parking at that! This location didn’t what I needed but the staff were friendly and helped me figure out where it was. Staff are willing to help and talk tech for as long as you’d like to. The customer service at this location is top tier. You’re bound to come here and window shop and walk out with items after talking with staff. Parking is easy and the location is easy to find being off a major road in the city. This could be your one stop shop for sure. Let me know if you had a different experience.
