Horrible. I bought a $2,300 refrigerator. I walked out with a $2,600 bill. I paid for install and water line. I did not get the install or water line. When I tried to call the store, I got Guatemala national call center. THEY SAID THE STORE DOES NOT TAKE CUSTOMER CALLS! I RETURNED THE REFRIGERATOR. I will look at other stores with better customer service.

Wow! I went to PC Richard’s. The customer service was incredible. Not only can I call the store, but the salesman gave us a card with his cell phone number on it. Anything offered me by best buy, they matched. Best Buy offered 18 months no interest financing. PC Richard’s was 6 month. They matched the 18 months with no problem!

Had a problem with my phone reading my sd card. I was told I by two techs needed to buy something they didnt have at the time. So, on the recommendation of my cell phone provider, I drove 45 minutes to Best Buy to buy something I needed to address the issue. We talked to a member of the Geek Squad who told me exactly what I needed to do to address the problem, What impressed me was that he helped us and we didn’t even purchase my phone there. He was not only knowledgeable but, patient in answering our questions. Totally put me at ease. Bravo Best Buy and endless kudos to your remarkable Geek Squad.

The RAM in my laptop went out. I scheduled an online service visit, and I’ve got to say, I’m very impressed with my technician Jeromy L. He is polite and efficient. He explained the process prior to the repair and then went over his findings with me and provided the best possible solution for my PC issue. I will definitely bring my other laptop in for repair and make sure I ask for him. This has been the best PC repair I’ve ever encountered. Keep up the great work young man!
