Got what’s needed (TV). Lots of choices. But sales people need more training – the guy helping us kept interrupting our conversation to just continue a conversation over his radio / ear piece. I mean like 7 or 8 times! Was disconcerting and felt disrespectful like he had more important things to do besides helping a customer buy three TV’s and mounting hardware. Made clear he’s not on commission – just volunteered that and literally seemed disinterested in making the sale. Encouraged us to leave and come back rather than sell right then and hold the tv’s for an hour while we shopped elsewhere in the mall – saying it’s a waste of time for warehouse people to have to coordinate all that. Seriously dude? And we did leave without purchasing at that time. Although we then later came back we might not have. Seems like the wrong way to make a sale. He also discouraged helping figure out what can be delivered and what fits in car. Real customer, real purchases, and weird way to deal with customers.
Bought a PC from here, used it and it crashes all the time, no problem, annoying but I get it. I come in and wait for an hour, while other walk ins get to cut in front of me, and I’m visibly here at the desk with a large pc tower infront of me. I get taking appointments ahead of me, they reserved their time, but others who are walk in and I’ve been waiting here first. This a disappointing display of customer service, not even having anyone telling me “we’ll take you soon or make an appointment”. Not even acknowledging I’m here, if this is what to expect from this location, I’d go to another store that has better service.
I went into this location to purchase a higher end headset because I wanted to ask a number of questions to make sure I was buying the right product. After speaking with an associate for a while I made my purchase. Turns out the associate had no idea what they were talking about and I was sold the wrong product. It was a $350 mistake. My recommendation is to shop elsewhere if you need product help.
Edit: The response below is nothing that a boiler plate response. I reached out on Twitter and they gave me a similar templated response.
