I asked for a lot of the rudest store I have ever visited very unorganized management not quite sure what to do management after unable inability to solve a problem regarding my account or the Professional Service given by his staff one manager doesn’t know what the other supervisors doing the staff accepted assignment from another staff and then completely disregard the service that they stated they would they would provide because of being sent on a Break by another manager the store in Kalispell Montana is truly a joke the long-haired manager in The Geek Squad area was truly a joke and merely wanted to just hand me my phone without activation or any type of service truly a pathetic joke for for Best Buy and their reputation my advice would be to go to any other store besides this one which is amazingly rude unprofessional untrained and a piss poor example of Best Buy
They greeted us upon entering the store. It went downhill from there. I was looking for a case for my cellphone. At least a third of the pegs were empty. I finally found something that might work, but it seemed over-priced for what it was. There was an employee working out of a shopping cart directly behind me, but no offer or even asking me if I needed help finding anything. I moved on to the movie section, which was dismal at best. A very small selection compared to what it used to be. It, too, was partially empty and not organized at all. I then went to the camera section where my daughter was looking at a boxed camera behind glass. No pricing was available, and it didn’t match the description of any of the tags in the case. Disappointed, I left the store without buying anything.
Used to love Best Buy. I used to use them exclusively for all electronics purchases and IT issues. They were great. However, in the past few years their service has drastically gone downhill. It has been years now since I’ve been able to buy anything from them, simple because they don’t have it stocked. I would rather buy locally in store, but every time I go in to purchase something simple, they don’t have it, I.e, phone or computer cords, accessories. What they do have in stock has no variety to choose from. They simply tell me, every single time, “Oh! It looks like we’re fresh out of that item! We can order it for you!” Well so can I, probably cheaper and better quality.
