I bought a washer and dryer. Waited almost 2 wks. Took off work for the delivery date. Waited all day. No call no text no nothing. I finally call the 1800 number and they said the truck was broke down. So I rent a truck and went an picked it up. Get it home and there is a huge dent in the dryer. I called the 1800 number back. They schedule another appointment to drop off another dryer. I get a text the day before giving me a 4 hour window when they will be here. Once again They did not show up. No Call No text no nothing again. So I call the 1800 number again. Now they are saying the delivery driver was sick. I will never go back to this store. When I originally rented a truck to go and pick them up. The customer service person said that”This happens all the time with this store”. I’m so disappointed with this store and the quality of service that I have received. I know this is not the way best buy does business.
Little lost when we first got there, and it was a bit hard to tell who was busy and who wasn’t. A very nice gentleman saw my confusion and asked if he could help with anything. I pointed to my teenager. “I have no idea, he’s in charge of this shingdig.” He laughed and went to talk with my son. Treated him as an adult, spoke to him respectfully, they shared some laughs about I don’t even know what. We got to the register, and my son took out HIS money to pay. The gentleman was quite impressed he had earned his own money, and applied a store coupon from the weekly flyer. Very cool, and the tall child has been quite happy with the purchase. I still have no idea what the thing does
Good point is it’s a local place for many of your tech needs. Friendly staff. Easy return policy even on CPUs, especially when you are a Plus member.
Bad, did not honor price match in-store; the manager said it would be losing money. Anyway, I got home and contacted online support after purchase, and they credited the difference.
They lack many options that stores like Cedar Point or Georgetown store locations have–but plenty of the usual items.
