Guys in the store were great. However, there delivery has a lot to be desired on promptness. Scheduled my Saturday around there delivery only to have them 3 hours late. The best part is the third party tells me they were early according to there schedule. Sounds to me like someone don’t communicate well with the others.

Update just went down 2 stars. It got worse as the day progressed. A separate crew showed up to take the old one. Well it wasn’t removed yet. So they removed it and got a little rough and nicked my cabinets a little bit.

Then my shutoff valve failed so I shut the main off until I can get it replaced. Well they reported to the main office and they wouldn’t deliver the new unit till it was replaced. The bad part is no one told me. And of course you can’t call the store unless you go through corporate. I called customer service several times and got varying stories to deduce that the valve needed to be changed. Had o known it early and if they were on time, I wouldn’t have had to spend my whole day dealing with all the crap.

Bosch only sells through the big chains. I’ll send them a review as well. Can’t get good service from the do do bird corporate big guys who use 3rd party idiots to install. Next time I’ll find another brand for that reason.

Update on 9/11. Product delivered by a great guy. After the first delivery debacle my wife was promised a credit. After it wasn’t realized my wife spoke with an agent who sees the notes but then she says the person Melissa lied to you and unfortunately will not get any credit. I refuse to pay the bill and they can come pick it up.

Store is very clean. The male bathroom toilet seat is broke off. Please replace it. I didn’t like seeing your male employees underwear while their pants was below their hips. I know that’s a style, but I still don’t like it. The greeter at the front door sets the best example of what an employee should be. I was asked by different employees if I needed help finding anything. I appreciated that effort. Your female staff cashier needs some personable training, if you know what I mean. I’m certain she feels that her persona is just fine. It’s NOT. I hope the item I purchased is fine, but I’m not worried about it because your stores have always taken care of me over the years.

Went to Best Buy to purchase a television. Good thing that I did all my research and comparisons before we went to Best Buy. Absolutely no one offered any assistance, and I had to hunt for a salesperson so we could pay for the TV. The only reason I gave two stars to this review is for the selection. This is not the first time I have had issues trying to make a TV purchase at the Lafayette Best Buy. Several years ago, I walked out after a salesperson went to check stock on a TV and never came back. I was hoping the store had improved since that experience, but it hasn’t. I should have gone to Costco.
