I went to the store looking for wireless earbuds and was particularly interested in a pair of JVC earbuds advertised for $19.99. There were eight or nine pairs displayed on the sale rack, so I picked one up to purchase it. However, when the clerk rang up the item, the price came up to $70.00. This was not the first time this happened during my visit; earlier, I had picked up another item from the sale rack, only to find that it, too, rang up at its regular price.
Naturally, I was upset and felt that the sale price should have been honored, especially since this was the second item that had been incorrectly priced. When I raised this issue with the store manager, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. The manager( Mike) smirked at my concerns and made no effort to offer a compromise or resolve the situation in a customer-friendly manner. His unprofessional behavior only added to my frustration.
When purchased I payed extra for professional installation, for the water hoses needed and the steam hose for my dryer. Well nothing has worked properly. But i didn’t realize why, i assumed my washer was defective. I contacted Samsung and they claim that it’s Best Buy’s fault for wrong installation after we came to the bottom of the problem. Techs on customer service for best buy are rude they don’t care to help and claim that it’s my fault because I don’t have a membership and because I waited till now to complain about the installation. Well I’m just now complaining because I just started having this problem. How was I supposed to know it was all an installation problem I assumed they did everything correctly.
Needless to I just want my washer to work properly.
I immediately called to find out why he left. After a 10 minute hold, I was told I needed to call a different number. Called that number. It requires a ‘3-digit ‘ code – I of course don’t have one.
Called the store. Was told that the driver claimed we weren’t home and if I would just hold on a sec, they would get me handled. 10 minutes later a call center answers.
Went to the store. The manager says ‘can’t help you day of delivery, come back tomorrow’. I said no, I had taken today off for this, need to get it handled. He offers to give me the service number to call. I explained that hadn’t worked for me, so could we call together. Nope. It’s just for customers. Can’t help you until tomorrow.
Called the service line again and finally got someone who could help. 2 hours and a day off work wasted.
