Grateful my phone was switched and now I have a working one that doesn’t have a cracked screen cutting my thumb but I’ve had total tech through best buy for many years. I’ve had plenty of phones and other electronics replaced or fixed. This is the first one who didn’t credit me the purchase price and gave me a Best Buy gift card for the difference. AZ has turned corrupt and greedy though. Sam in the cell phone department was straight up rude to me. I ended up leaving without my problems resolved, beyond the phone exchange. I do feel that the best buy owes me the difference from my purchase price. I called into corporate and they confirmed that I was supposed to get a Best Buy gift card for the difference of what I originally paid and what the current sale price was for the phone. I feel this best buy owes me a card. They can look up that I spent $1400 on the phone and I received $810, which was just barely enough to cover the price for the Father’s Day sale on the phone.
Sam was just hands down absolutely rude to me. He ended up stealing the charger from my box to my new phone too. I didn’t get my phone transferred and ended up losing pictures but with the attitude he gave me, I didn’t want to stay in that atmosphere.

Don’t buy anything here. Their price matching is a joke. They tell you that they price match on items on Amazon, but don’t tell you it needs to be sold by Amazon. The manager Chris, (although admitting I was upset when told one thing and another happened) became condescending and sarcastic in his tone. Even if the customer is completely wrong you keep a calm tone and don’t be sarcastic. I was getting ready to buy an 80 inch TV here, but now will not, and the manager shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t care. As I left he said “you better return it in the time frame or I’ll reject that too”. Extremely poor service and poor policies. Best Buy has really gone down hill. No wonder the store is empty.
I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at this location. They are super friendly and helpful.
I bought a TV the other month that had the wrong specs from what I was told, and I did not realize this until a month later. Even with it being weeks after the return policy end date, they still let me swap my TV out without any hesitation.
I wish I could remember the names of the managers and employees who helped me, so that I could give them credit in this review, but they all have been super great and helpful every time I have shopped here.
I look forward to continuing shopping at this location and purchasing my products from here.
