I took the day off work, lost that money, wasted gas and time and put 200 miles on cars, for nothing.
Gage, the manager did what he could, and took a few dollars off the speakers I bought. I was so livid. You figured as a retail store, they would have a backup plan for these situations. Especially when it’s almost a thousand dollars out the door.
They rescheduled my appointment to 5-28, at 8:45. Then they called me just now, and changed the time to later in the day.
I’m not happy
However, I am ready and willing to revise my opinion of my Best Buy experience, since the Geek Squad went to bat for me, and got me a new and better washer/dryer set delivered to my home for the same cost. I am now a satisfied customer. This experience went from a 1-star experience to a 4-star experience. I would give 5 stars, but I was still without a washer/dryer for some time. It all worked out in the end, though.
