Save yourself the time stay home order it from Amazon. They have hardly any staff, things are not in the correct spots or priced. Best Buy sucks I once enjoyed going here.
Between lack of employees and pure poor leadership this store is a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t be surprised they will be closing down soon sorry guys back to can I take your order please. Had the product I needed but couldn’t open the case because no one had keys “charged”
Was told that my order would be available for pickup on August 11 (today) just got off the phone with Best Buy now they are saying it will be here August 14 waisted the whole day waiting on them… update it did not get to the Montgomery store on the 14 like I was told on Sunday so now it’s Thursday the 15th and I just canceled my order I’m done with Best Buy online and will never enter one of their stores again
The Geek Squad was inept, apathetic & unhelpful. I purchased a new MacBook & bought their top tier service package under the guise that they would transfer my data from my old MacBook with ease. Led by Ricky, the team displayed no ingenuity or interest in attempting to troubleshoot the issues that arose. The manager was kind–but I would not recommend this store or the Geek Squad department.
