PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT buy anything from Best Buy. I bought a BROKEN tv from them and they did not want to return it or exchange it. I don’t understand, why anyone would buy anything from here if you have the receipt and you are returning it within 14 days just for them to say sorry can’t do anything about it. Took it out the box plugged it in before doing anything else and the screen was completely broken. They told me that they Inspected it and it looked like it was dropped. 1st They’re accusing me of something I didn’t do, And 2nd I saw how they ” Inspected it” the girl looked at it for about 10 seconds and said no. I understand if I had accidentally dropped it then I would cut my losses and move on. But since I know did not drop it and the TV was already broken when I bought it is what makes me mad. We Initially went to go buy another TV but the associate pressured us into buying that tv and he even joked about it being broken.
Please just buy from Amazon or Walmart or where will they accept a tv that THEY broke.

Recently purchased a stove from this location. Stove was delivered damaged and had to wait a full day for me to set up an exchange date that took about a week. The day comes and after waiting 7 hours I get a call and the driver is at the wrong location. Wait another day FOR ME to set up another exchange day. The delivery drivers are all third party and the call center can’t lock any complaints. All in all I’m about to be taking a third day off for this oven exchange. The issue is Best Buy is understaffed and the staff they do have is not working with much cognitively. Even in store the person who rang us up messed up the order and we spent about 15 minutes for them to figure it out. Terrible experience.
About a month ago, I wanted to return a product I had purchased and was told that the money would be back in my account within two weeks. It’s been a month, and when I called just now, they said the money had been refunded, but it has not been refunded at all. When I asked what they could do about it, they did not offer any solution, and I still have not received my refund. I definitely do not recommend purchasing any product from them as all they do is stall the customer by saying the refund will be processed.
