I was scheduled for install and on my way home quickly.
UPDATE…
I went in for my install. It was completed on time and the radio looks great and works perfectly! The techs all knew exactly what they were doing and also had a sense of humor. That’s rare.
This will be the first place I look when I upgrade my other rigs.
Also… If you look at Justin Dollar’s total reviews, you will notice he doesn’t like 3 out of 4 places he’s been to… sad

DO NOT HAVE CAR AUDIO WORK DONE HERE.
New deck was installed. Had previous after market amps put in. Just needed deck installed everything else was already connected. They completely Uninstalled the aftermarket work now I have to pay to have that work preformed again. No phone call was made that this was what they wanted to do.
After talking with the head installer he got an attitude saying he does not want to work with me and good luck cause he is they only one they have in the area. Said this to Customer in front of store manager as if he controlled the best buy business WTH

I am leaving a review specifically to recognize and shoutout Jeremy who greeted my sister and I at the front door a few weeks ago. Jeremey was incredibly helpful in helping me purchase a new gaming console and even made sure I had everything I needed at home to make this gift perfect for my partner.

The main reason I felt urged to leave this review is because Jeremy had THE best attitude! His excitement and positivity was contagious. This man should be a motivational speaker, no doubt. If he had a podcast, a show, a book, or whatever else I’d buy it immediately. On hard days lately I try to channel my inner Jeremy and it sure works! Someone give this man a raise and a promotion because he deserves it.
