I purchased an over the stove microwave. It did not have the range assembly to hang the microwave. I took it back because the Frigidaire microwave that I purchased was on back order. There was not another one ANYWHERE. In order to get everything that I needed, I had to order another one. It was on back order, so it looks 3 months to get it delivered to my home. After finally receiving it, I decided to return the unopened box for a refund because I had gotten use to the counter microwave. They WOULD NOT allow me to return it because it was past the 14 return policy. I explained to them that I didn’t even have it in the 14 day period. They did not care. I would never recommend Best Buy to anyone. Please be advised that you only have 14 days from the purchase day to return it even if you

are waiting on it to be delivered. The 14 day return should have been from delivery date.

Drove 25 miles to purchase a PS5. When I arrived at store 2 persons greeted me at door, (didn’t ask if they could help). For the next 10 minutes I walked the store looking for someone to assist me. I finally approached a young female who was walking around and asked if she could help me, which she did. Best Buy used to employ the most knowledgeable service staff in any of the box stores- no longer true! Seems everyone has moved to on-line purchases with no customer service!

Definitely not the store it used to be, I recommend buying online and going in to pick it up inside the store they just have general merchandise items. There is just too much competition these days for a store to be just an electronics store like they used to be, but it is a great place to go look at items so you can have a basic idea of what you may be wanting to purchase
