If I go to social media it’s gonna be to blast you all over it!! My next move is coming in your store and I’m gonna raise hell so loud everyone I there will know!!
So just so you know before you shop here, there is no customer service from the store. You cannot get a phone call through to the store, Best Buy customer service can’t even call the store. Secondly Customer Service has handled offshore, you might have to call three or four times before you find one that you can actually communicate with. Then when you do, it’ll take weeks for them to respond. I ordered a washer and dryer. It was delivered. Extremely beat up, the delivery driver refused to even take it back. He left it in my house. I called Best Buy, they told me that someone from the store would call me that day, I said it’s OK if they don’t call back today, they can call me tomorrow. She said no they will be calling today. They will actually call you within five minutes. That was two effing weeks ago. I’m still waiting on that call!!! When I call back, another guy tells me, there’s nothing more he can do, they’ve already told the manager I’m having a problem, and that he should call me. I’m about to roll up in that store and I’m gonna create the biggest scene they’ve ever seen. Everybody in the store is going to hear me, and know the problem. Do better Best Buy, and I’m really pissed because you were recommended to me from someone, that caused themselves, my friend. That friendship is in question at this point. I have laundry. I need to do, do your job, how about that?
I bought a monitor at the suggestion of an employee and quickly realized it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I went into the store to exchange it for another and the man at the front desk told me if I signed up for the Best Buy membership, I would get $100 back in credit that I could put towards the new monitor I picked out. I paid for the membership plus the monitor and then the man proceeded to tell me that he could not put any extra credit towards the monitor I just bought.
So now I’m out $50 for a useless membership that I won’t use and the website won’t let me cancel it. Meanwhile I’ve tried to call all day and have not been able to talk to a single human being. Each time I was greeted with automated messages and eventually told that I should call back during store hours even though I called during store hours… won’t be coming back and do not recommend this location
