Clean and large store. Poor customer service and ghetto… hate the family dollar style line, hate the fact that 4-5 employees were talking instead of asking if I needed help. When they finally asked… Beats headphones are kept at the customer service/checkout. The girl up there has no clue about product, can’t get information or check out a device before purchase which is the whole point of visiting a store. I drove 30 mins to come to a store to not be helped and leave empty handed. Not the Best Buy experience I was looking forward to at all. I’ve been a long time $$$ customer for years.

I was out to get my first smartphone today for a new job. A very nice man greeted me and my sister and a young woman. They pointed to a phone that wasn’t overly expensive but did everything I needed. They came out with the most beautiful pearl pink color. They were able to transfer my SIM card which ended up saving me money. I got to keep my old phone number. They tested things out before I left. I had such a good experience but i am sad for my Mom who purchased the same phone at Verizon and was treated horribly and overcharged. If my Mom were still alive I would buy the phone I got today for her at Best Buy. Thank you Best Buy for being so nice.

I’m only rating this 2 stars because the design of remodel is beautiful. Other than that this location lacks customer service compared to others. It’s not hard to acknowledge your customers. A simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” is better than no acknowledgement at all. They lack urgency to assure smooth and quick service. It’s also impossible to find a sales associate and when you do they redirect you to someone who is already assisting another customer instead of helping you themselves. I understand having an assigned area but either staff more employees or assist other employees when your area has no customers.
