Best Buy in Oshkosh | Best Phone, Laptop, and Computer Repair Services at Affordable Prices | Quick Fixes

I was in Best Buy in Oshkosh, WI looking for some ideas for headphones, for my grandchildren. I wanted background noise-reducing headphones that would be great for movies and music. I came across a couple of displays for headphones and earbuds that made me stop and look at what they were offering….. Bose.. of course. Bose is known for its crisp, clear, bold sounds and now their advertising is as bold, strong, and attention-getting. Best Buy always has the best displays. They also have some great employees, that are friendly, informed, knowledgeable, and willing to help you select the “best buy.” This is a nice store, their stock is always clean, organized, and up to date. The store is lit up well and it is very clean. The employees wear blue polo shirts, so they are always easy to find, when you need help.

Jake did my new radio install on my Jeep and that turned out excellent. He also noticed a different mechanical issue with the vehicle and took it upon himself to fix it before I even got back to the store. My wife and I are going on a cross country road trip tomorrow and he quite literally saved our vacation. Without him noticing that, we would have had major vehicle issues, and the trip wouldn’t have happened.

I will go back to the oshkosh best buy and request Jake for any future vehicle electronic needs for as long as he works there.

If there were more Jakes around the world would be a better place.

I have to update on another great customer service experience I had. Today, a young guy named Spencer helped me with my S24 ultra purchase. He was incredibly helpful and polite to me and very knowledgeable of all my options. I left the store happily with my new phone. Kudos Spencer!
I had an exceptional experience with an employee named “Kat”. This was an extremely helpful and polite young person that I was so grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting. Thanks for such a pleasant shopping experience.
