Horrible! I went in to buy an ipad, mine is 10 years old. I was looking over the new 10 inch screens, decided that was what I wanted….2 employees with blue shirts walked by me….not a word.
I waited & waited finally went to customer service, told them I want to buy an ipad, they said pointed out there are several staff members on the floor, not all were helping customers. Customer service made a call and directed me to area of the back packs…waiting, nothing. I told the young man at the door I was waiting for help because I wanted to buy an ipad and nobody showed up.
He said “oh I’m so sorry, let me get somebody to help you….NOT! He just said sorry about that as I walked out!! BEST BUY you need to do a better job! I’ll check out Target and Walmart!

I’ve been here a few times – once to pick up a Mac charger and twice for installations on my car.

I wanted to specifically shout out Michael in the installation bay. He is courteous, kind, and extremely helpful when it comes to having SiriusXM, a new radio, or speakers installed in your car. If there is a problem with an existing Best Buy installation, Michael is happy to look into it.

I had new Kicker speakers installed in my car by Michael, and went back on a separate occasion when my stereo was acting up. Both times, Michael was super helpful and was able to get everything sorted in a timely fashion. Thanks Michael!

It was great! Their service is awesome, as I asked one of their workers if they have an online product in their store, but they told me that they didn’t have it in stock. Even though they told me that, they said that they would even give me free shipping! They have lots of products that can fit your needs. Need a lightbulb? They have it. Need a new TV? They’ve got it! Speaking of TVs, they even let you explore what it’s like to use that new TV you’re planning to buy. Overall, it was a great experience and I totally recommend it.
