Needing a new TV. Went to Best Buy in Panama City. Had GE for an assistant and couldn’t have had a better associate helping me today. Very knowledgeable,and a very nice personality that I enjoyed dealing with. He didn’t try to push anything and answered all questions I had on the products I was interested in. Had a good selection of merchandise in the price range I was looking for plus others that I became interested in after learning about them. Go there & see GE if you’re looking for a TV. I will be back to buy one soon

Tom Schultz in the home theater department was excellent at advising, did not pressure sell at all, and was prompt and honest throughout the entire buying process from start to finish. I was thinking of purchasing through Amazon, but I’m certainly glad I went through Best Buy, as I ended up getting a much better deal, AND installation was included on the item, which saved me from hours of frustrating work that I may not do correctly myself the first time. Very pleased, would recommend to anyone.

I had the worst customer service today. I tried signing up for the progressive financing and after giving all my information, I was told to wait 30 days for approval which never happened before. This was done pretty close to closing time and because of an urge to leave the staff personnel decided to rush a rather long process by giving false information then told me to come back the next day to see what happened.
