Was slow during the holidays but was a typical shopping experience at BB.

I’m updating this review because I was greatly surprised by the excellent help I received when shopping for a printer for a customer. The staff is very knowledgeable in the area they are working in. I was happy that the person who helped me with the printer purchase knew all the options I was looking for and could easily steer me to the printer that met the needs I was looking for. I went there on a day to simply review the options. His help provided me the knowledge for me to send the printer to my customer. She approved so I went back and purchased. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Checkout was fast and simple.

I also went over to the TV’s to shop for my next 4K TV. When I asked about the LG C3 77″ TV, I was happy that I had more than 1 sales person that knew the TV and I got enough info to ensure that when I buy this TV, it will be the right one.

Thanks Best Buy for this! I think the shopping experience has improved over the years!

A cool best buy! The employees consistently asked if we needed help at all parts of the store which was very helpful of them. I didn’t need help, but I know if someone did, they would be helped very quickly without having to ask! The location was clean and the bathroom was one of the cleanest public restrooms I’d ever been in. The location had several items to choose from: TV’s, phones, gaming systems, accessories, and a lot more. They even had appliances! Most appliance prices ranged from 3-6k dollars, but there were cheaper options that ranged from 1k> to 2k which would be perfect for a first appliance. I recommend coming here if you need a new appliance such as a fridge or a stove, or if you want a new electronic device such as a laptop or TV.

I bought a smart TV (Best Buy brand) via Amazon that had the option to be picked up at a Best Buy store. That is a great and convenient way to get an item even faster than the typical fast Amazon delivery. But when I arrived at the store (with the Amazon order confirmation), I found 5 Best Buy employees talking at the entrance welcome desk and one lonely employee at the checkout (online order and store purchase). When I finally made it to the pickup counter, he couldn’t find the order: “The Best Buy order# are different from the Amazon order#” – but he was eventually successful finding it in the system and retrieved it from the back. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but a few things need some improvements.
