I just picked up an online order. I simply followed what it said online “Pickup ready within an hour”. The workers were irritated with me for trying to pick up my order after an hour and a half. They kept telling me i need to wait for the email that says it’s ready. I understand it wasn’t ready yet, but the website says within an hour… so im just leaving a review to let corporate know that they should remove the “1 hour” lie off their website and change it to same day. Also leaving a review because the girl at the pickup counter needs an attitude check. No need to get upset with me for following what YOUR website said. Be mad at your company little girl, not the customer. I wasn’t rude and was all smiles, so i don’t know why i deserve the attitude from her.

I waited for over an hr to be helped by the queek squad for a simple warranty exchange and the idiot employee made the appointment for another day. NO ONE IN THAT STORE HAS ANY KNOLEDGE OF WHAT IS GOING ON. They can not even fix a simple issue with a laptop. You have a dozen employees walking around the store looking into the sky with no clue on how to do an exchange with a $350 warranty I purchased. Absolutely the reason why stores like this should just shut down! This will be the last time I buy something at best buy. I have spent plenty of money at this store!

From the moment I walk into the store, Kevin was right there to make sure my shopping experience was perfect and unforgettable. He was friendly, honest, informative, caring, and made sure I was able to purchase exactly what I needed/ wanted.
