When I buy my Apple products I will never come to Best Buy again. I bought an iPad- I needed it for work and originally bought it online for store pickup. I picked it up and asked if it couldn’t handle all the stuff I needed it for. If I could return it. They told me I could return it for a full refund and had 15 days. Well I came to return it and the guy never told me they were taking a $35 restocking fee out of the refund. I told them no one made me aware of that and they told me every time they sell items that have a stocking fee that they have everyone sign agreeing to that. I asked to a copy of my signature agreeing to that and they couldn’t provide it. The store manager then came over and told me there was nothing he can do because I ordered it online for store pickup.

2- I called into Best Buy corporate and they told me they could not do anything about it because I picked it up from the store and only the store manager can make the decision to waive that fee. ( completely different than what the store told me)

3 I asked for a manager at corporate to speak with me and magically one was not available. She told me I could leave my number and a manager would get back to me this evening. I never got a phone call. When I called back 1 hour later. They were close. I went online and the person on chat refused to connect me to a manager and told me I had to call the number and wait for tomorrow.

Long story short, almost every employee I spoke with at the store, online, and corporate 1-800 number told me a different thing and lied making me go in circles for over two hours placing the blame on someone else and told me they could not help. I will never come here again and I will go straight to Apple for all my needs. If I need to return of swap out a product for a higher capacity product. They are not going to charge me a restocking fee and keep it secretive to make money off a ridicules fee. I am more mad because they sent me in circles and wasted my time.

Exceptional Customer Service Experience at Best Buy Store #859 in Round Rock, TX I recently had the pleasure of visiting Best Buy Store #859 in Round Rock, TX, and I must say that the customer service provided by employees Logan, Daryl, and Ruby was truly exceptional.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a level of service that is rarely seen in today’s retail environment.

Daryl one of the employees at the store, immediately approached me and took the time to understand what I was looking for.
He reached out to Logan to come assist me. And in passing of Ruby she stop to ask was there anything she could do.

Logan knowledge of the products and services offered at Best Buy was impressive, and he patiently explained all the sales and benefits of becoming a Best Buy member. Thanks to Logan’s guidance, I decided to join as a member without any hesitation.

Additionally, Logan also introduced me to the Best Buy card, and I was delighted to learn that I was approved on the spot. This not only provided me with a convenient payment option but also added to the overall value of my shopping experience.

It was truly a win-win situation for both of us. In addition to interacting Logan, it was a pleasure to have Daryl and Ruby help during my visit. Both of them were equally helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience at the store.

Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable. Overall, my experience at Best Buy Store #859 in Round Rock, TX, was outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Logan, Daryl, and Ruby. I am thrilled to be a part of the Best Buy family and look forward to future visits to the store.

This best buy has been pretty fantastic for me. I love being able to go in and ask all kinds of potentially stupid questions and none of them bat an eye and answer my questions to the best of their ability. They have helped me many times get better quality things for a comparable price to lesser quality things I was getting, or attempting to get, from other stores. The only problem I had recently was actually partially my fault. But I had gone in to get something specific as a gift and the employee grabbed it for me and since he listened so thoroughly, and I was really in a big hurry, I assumed he had grabbed the correct thing and didn’t read it. I didn’t realize until I was unloading it out of the back of my car at home that it was incorrect. So definitely a time consuming lesson for me as I had to go back at a high traffic time to get this fixed. But the return process was easy and they were super understanding and helped me get the right thing.

Overall I’ll always come back here for the things I’m looking for that they have and honestly just for the fantastic and knowledgeable customer service I receive here.
