1. Walked in nobody bothered to look up and even say hi despite the security and another associate right as you walk in.
2. Walked to theater section looking for a specific cable and I had questions. The store was pretty much empty and not one associate bothered to come assist me. I saw them walking around pretending to be busy. I walked to the other side of the store towards the PlayStation area and not one person even acknowledged or asked if I could be assisted.
3. Was disturbed by the absence of customer service and the fact nobody even came to help despite me sitting with the cable patiently waiting for help.
4. I put the cable back me left. I walked out and the same two people I walked past when I came in where still there and….still nobody bothered to speak.
I would like to reiterate again….the store was just about empty. Just unsatisfactory. This is not the first time at this location either.
We chose the 77″ LG OLED C3 version tv because the quality, the blacks and vibrant colors that the display provides… in fact we actually bought the last one and had to pick it up from Tustin.
I was so excited because this was a patient and educated decision that cost over $2400.
Harris provided the best customer service and his knowledge is ridiculous!
I picked up my tv today and plugged it in to be so bummed that I got a defective tv!!
There are lines in the pixels in the display so I need to call Best Buy tomorrow and exhaust my options..
I will keep everyone posted, I’m just glad my membership provides 60 days rather than 14 days!!
