Yeah, okay…. I know it’s simply the dynamics of retail these days, but seriously seriously the staff at this location has got to be trained. They don’t know how to look at their inventory on their digital devices…. I came in for a external hard drive, which the website says is in stock. The girl who is helping me said she thinks they’re in stock. She went to the back room after waiting outside the door for a half an hour I decided to leave and I went up front and she was working the cashier position. I asked her what happened? She said oh shoot I’m so sorry. I forgot about you…. I said yeah OK well I’ve been waiting in the back corner for you for the last 30 minutes. Did you ever find the hard drives and she said and I quote oh shoot I forgot to look. Unbelievable!!!

I came here for curbside pickup of a TV and followed the check-in instructions. After waiting for twenty minutes without any updates, I decided to go inside to inquire about my order. It was only then that the front desk realized I had been waiting and called someone to check on the curbside orders. The lack of communication and delay made what should have been a convenient service quite frustrating. This experience was a poor attempt at providing convenience to customers.

The Best Buy in south center is great resource for many diverse consumer electronics needs. From drones to computers to washing machines They’ve got it . Phones and all range of computers can be found. The staff is helpful when dealing with a customers questions and is generally knowledgeable. The only draw back is that many of the items on display are not necessarily in stock. Wait times are relatively short but it’s still inconvenient.
