Went into Best Buy to purchase a TV. The purchase went Flawless salesman was more than helpful in finding a model that suited my needs. I was looking for something cheap but had good quality. Thing that I was going to put in an enclosed trailer that is like a hurricane on Wheels I wanted something that could take a little bit of a beating. Went with an open box Hisense u7k. Being that it was open box got it for less than half price. About the only problem was they forgot to wrap it up and I had to wait around for about an hour. After going back inside and notifying them that I’ve been waiting they immediately helped bring it out and put it in the truck.

Decent selection of most electronic equipment. The employees are always friendly and helpful with questions. I would like to see a better selection of computer parts and music equipment, however they do offer the basics. Good selection of tv’s, appliances, and phones. The store is very clean and well organized. The store is handicap accessible and plenty of parking available. I was very happy with the tech guys and they were quite happy to see some high end equipment that I brought in to see about replacement parts.

Arrived early this morning to purchase a new Z5 flip and had great service from first stepping into store in Strongsville. Wait time was explained by first associate being longer that normal but then directed to another associate whose name was Kyle. He was very patient as i rattled on about needing anew phone for work as well as personal use since it’s the only way to communicate these days. Great customer service. Thanks Kyle.
