You just lost a $2,000 sale.

I am a very motivated buyer; I’m in town to see my son play in his 100th pro game tonight, and my 70-200 lens failed; so I need one IMMEDIATELY.

But the fact that you have a policy that I need to pay for the lens before you even TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX, is about the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.

All I wanted to do is make sure that it communicates with my camera, and I’d gladly give you the $2,000 for the chance to take pics of my son. But no worries- I’ll find something else between now and tonight, by a business whose customer service standards more closely aligns with mine.

I bought a 65 inch tv, a mounting kit and paid 250$ for delivery and installation. The installation was scheduled for a week ago. The day of the appt, I was called to say they were short handed and reschedule for another week. Today they were supposed to deliver and install. No show AND No call. Very poor customer service and support

Update; I was promised a manager would call me this morning and work something out. Not only has no one called me, but no one has rescheduled to deliver the TV. I’m wondering, if poor customer service goes all the way up to the top leaders in the company

Well I wanted to buy an AC unit but when I walked in it’s like I was being ignored. I couldn’t get nobody to help me. After walking around the store for 15 min looking for the ac units someone finally asked me if I needed help. The ac units were in the center of store in a clearance section. I won’t be going back to this store.
