If I could give zero stars I would. I went in on a Saturday to figure out options on my product. The lady at the customer service counter was very kind and tried to be helpful, but unfortunately my only option for my product was to go through Geek Squad. They were busy, but busy is no excuse for being rude. Two different employees said I did not need an appointment and one even said just grab one of the people when they are finished and they “will squeeze you in, it’ll take 5 minutes.” The man there did not seem to want to help me at all. He kept saying there were people in front of me, which everyone had already been addressed. Then he told me I needed an appointment when the two other employees indicated I didn’t. I tried to explain this was just for service, I didn’t need questions answered or anything further from them. All they had to do was scan my purchase order and put it in the back for “repair”. After all this, I asked for an appointment and he refused to set me an appointment. I was willing to set one and come back but he was difficult for no reason and tried being sarcastic. Then the manager came over and took his side, trying to explain to me that he was “trying to set me an appointment” which wasn’t the case. He refused to set the appointment for me twice. It was mind blowing considering it’s a business of customer satisfaction. I will never go to this location again and I will recommend everyone I know to use a different location.

I ordered a new range that was on backorder… OK, fine, I was happy to wait a few more weeks. Then the install date rolled around and they didn’t show (despite multiple texts confirming the appointment, etc). I called customer support (which was quite an adventure) and they said it wasn’t available after all and they gave a new appointment. OK, fine. The Geek Squad showed up for the new appointment with the range but no cord or install order — apparently, when they rescheduled, the order was split. So I was left without a working stove for 5 days.

When they finally showed up for the “install,” it was obvious that these kids were clueless. They didn’t know how to level the thing, didn’t have tools, and were obviously in training mode. One of them had previously added an extension on to the back of the stove that prohibited my from opening my cabinet door (I had to remove this). Then they lined up four Best Buy trucks on my street to do some staging… for nearly an hour!!! I am so disgusted with Best Buy / Geek Squad right now that I will never purchase anything from them again.

My next appliances will come from a small, locally owned business. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.

What a terrible store! We drove over 25 miles to possibly purchase new e bikes that per the website said they had two in stock only to be told by the rudest sales associate that we could only look at the bikes. Now note these bikes are locked on tilted displays so there is no way of even knowing if the bike will fit our heights or how it feels to sit on them or the weight of the bikes. This has to be the stupidest set up for this store to not allow potential buyers to ONLY LOOK at the display of bikes. The sales associate was so rude and didn’t even stop to talk to us. He just cruised by us saying OH WELL THATS JUST THE WAY IT IS…. I tried to ask more questions only to be told THATS RIGHT TOO BAD FOR YOU! I was so offended and appalled at the sales associates in ability to stop and talk to us. I felt dismissed. My husband and I didn’t deserve to be treated this way. I’m still so mad!! If I was a yell’r I would have marched right to the manager office! I’m just so angry! If I had the powers I would have pulled this associate from the floor for more training or immediately fired.
