The store, the location, the staff are all really great.
However, you don’t think when you buy a laptop it will literally start smoking. I had to go to a private company to try to save data. It was the internal drive that had some issue, laptop imploded.
But that was a fluke, right?
Best Buy had some good deals so I went back on 11/16/23 and bought an HP.
On 1/8/24 … no internet, no working.
I went to Best Buy in a panic as my job requires non-stop 6 day a week online work.
Yep. The flipping internal drive malfunctioned and I would have to give up my laptop for over two weeks to be shipped off.
Do they offer a temporary laptop?
Nope.
Instead I had to BUY a device that attaches to/hangs off of my laptop for internet connection.
I’ve written countless letters all the way up the chain and the reality is … they do not care.
My ‘warranty’ — jokes — goes out on November but without offering me another laptop to work from, giving up this one for two+ weeks is not plausible.
Very disappointing that a long time customer means nothing and they do not stand by their products.

I went in to exchange an audio unit that had been shipped used by accident. While looking for a replacement for my audio unit, Alejandro walked up and asked if I needed assistance. He spent almost 2/3 and a half hours helping me pick out an entire audio set up for my car for a total of $915, offered insight and explained things, even hooked me up with the Best Buy plus membership and explained all the benefits. Absolutely awesome service all around and the most wonderful Best Buy experience in my whole life , will definitely be going here for all my tech needs from now on. Huge shout out to Alejandro! Stay awesome man!
Everyone was real helpful and store was real clean. Reason for 4 stars is because we went in to buy a sub woofer and no one carries that anymore all y’all had were the sound bars. Y’all had 1 in store but it didn’t sound to great for the price. So we left disappointed, couldn’t find it anywhere. Hubby was looking for speaker I,on the other hand found out y’all had records and will be back to buy one.
