The person that helped us at the store to get a fridge was great and we have always enjoyed going to this store! but I will NEVER buy an appliance and have it delivered from Best Buy again. The technician canceled my delivery and now I cannot get my fridge for another 2 weeks! This is unacceptable! I get that things happen, but then I should be able to get on the same week delivery and not have to wait 2 more weeks for my fridge! We have a party we need it for! This has been the worst experience. I have spent 2 days on the phone with Best Buy trying to get this escalated and figured out and nobody can help me! I just need my fridge delivered this week, that is all I ask.

I was looking at laptops and tablets for 15-20 minutes and no staff was around or asked me if I needed help. I walked to another part of the store and finally someone asked “if I was still okay” . Doesn’t make sense as 2 people were at the front but neither one asked if I needed anyone to help me. When I finally got some assistance a woman and her child who obviously thought she was more important then asked the staff member to help her. I have been to best buy many other cities in this country and have never been ignored. Are people getting paid to just be LAZY? I don’t get it but I will purchase my computer elsewhere.

Extremely upset with the experience we have had ordering a new refrigerator from Best Buy. The shopping and purchasing process was a breeze, but since then it has been disappointment after disappointment! It has been a month now since we ordered our fridge (and have been without one completely at our home, which has proved to be very hard with two growing kids) next week will be the fourth attempt at a delivery but I’m not sure I have much faith left in them that we will ever receive this fridge!
