Ordered an item for store pickup because I needed it in a pinch and couldn’t wait for an Amazon delivery. Once I arrive at the store they said they couldn’t find it and since it was the only one “in stock”, I had to cancel the order and walk out empty handed. Situations like this are literally the only time I use a place like Best Buy and they failed to delivery. I see them next to Circuit City in the big box graveyard soon.

All 3 associates who assisted me yesterday between customer service and geek squad, were absolutely amazing. I am so thankful for their patience, kindness, and knowledge, in helping me get the item I was looking for by ordering it in-store for me. It arrived this morning and looks great! I couldn’t have had a better experiece. Would definitely shop here again. Thank you!

I don’t go there that much. It’s been a while.
But I recently needed a couple of things. Not long after I walked in someone came up to ask me if I needed help. They were actually very helpful. Found what I needed rather quickly. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable. I got in got what I needed and got out. Excellent shopping experience.
