My husband and I went to this Mentor location to pick up a phone for my 6 year old’s birthday. The website showed they had a few in stock. Upon arriving to the store there were two sales manager at the front that asked if they can help us. My husband told them we were looking for a specific boost mobile phone and they both immediately shook their heads no. They didn’t even ask to look at the picture on our phone or if they can help us find anything else. The female manger even said “we do not sale boost mobile phones. I saw another employee by the phone’s and asked her and she went back to check and found the exact phone we wanted. I feel like the managers at the front of the store were lazy and didn’t feel like working that Friday. I gave two star’s because we did get what we came for but we shouldn’t have had to jump through hoops to get it. For those two managers If you’re going work at the front of the store you should make customers feel more welcome and not shoo them off because you dont feel like working. Will not be returning to this location.
Recently purchased new IPADS from Best Buy online. When I picked them up I ran into a slight problem because I wanted to take advantage of the Best Buy trade-in program. Long story short……I needed to transfer IPAD date within the store so I could turn them in….i knew I might have problems because of the excessive amount of pictures and videos on the devices….i ran the scenario past Adam, the assistant manager who provided exemplary customer service explaining the “trade-in” process and affording me an in store solution on how to walk out with all data intact. Adam pointed me to Kiki and Chris in the Mobil phone area. They provided assistance and were able to circumvent data transfer problems I experienced in my attempt to load data to new devices.

I would never buy another appliance at Best Buy. They never showed up for the delivery on Thursday although their automated system reach out to me on email and text to say they would be there. I had to reschedule the delivery. They showed up today, the delivery people left black handprints on my walls and shelving and gouged the paint off a big area out of my white dryer. I called Best Buy to have them deliver another dryer and take the damaged one and they told me I would have to call back later. I’ve spent so much time on the phone with them without resolution. The customer service is horrible.
