Purchased a Samsung French Door refrigerator with delivery and install. When geek squad delivered the refrigerator they informed my wife and daughter that they would need to disconnect the water line themselves as this was not part of the installation. Why pay extra for install if you have to do half the work yourself. My order was also supposed to come with a new water line with the order which they did not do. A piece of the existing water line went missing and the installers suggested I go to Ace Hardware to pick up a new piece and put it on. Again why did I pay for install. When you call customer service you get transferred to a foreign country where they apologize for the inconvenience but can offer no solution. Worst customer service experience ever, I would suggest getting you appliance elsewhere, I will be going else where for the dishwasher I need next. Best Buy and Geek Squad are worthless

Do NOT take computers to Geek Squad for repair! I took a 10 month old HP laptop to the store in Yuma, AZ for repair. They sent it out to their repair facility who sat on it for 2 months, then sent it back with the excuse “unable to source quality parts to fix the issue…send unit directly to HP to resolve issues.” The problem is, now the warranty has expired! Geek Squad won’t even say what parts they were unable to acquire. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I mean you can’t go wrong with best buy but I will say that there should be more way to get information on things people come in there for. My husband and I went to see if there was a program or system we can use for our son to do Animation videos etc., and we was directed to something completely different than what we was asking for. Overall I love best buy!
